In this role, I created new sites for various brands (including Spike TV, VidCon, etc.) using the Viacom Design System, the templates that were built based on the system, as well as the style guide for the brand.
I redesigned the MTV VMA 2019 voting experience, resulting in an 198% increase in unique voters with total votes up more than 2000% (over the July 16-Aug. 23 period.)
After VidCon was aquired, I was tasked to design the templates for all On the Ground events to accommodate for other brands such as BET Experience, SnowGlobe, etc.
When I was hired as a full-time designer, I transitioned from more front-end develpment and prototyping to design. In this role, I worked on creating a scalable Viacom Design System and templates for all brand sites. Using my front-end development skills, I set up and maintained the documentation site for the Design System as a reference point for the Design Team and well as Product.
I also redesigned the AuthSuite experience for users to log into their provider to watch our content using the new design system.
After working with MTV News, I joined the Viacom Global Product Design Team to work on more global international products. I created animated assets for the MTV TRL site as well as the VMAs and the EMAs.
